I worked on the design of O360 – a comprehensive Human Resource Management web application, where my role was to craft end-to-end design solutions that addressed both employee self-service needs and HR administrative workflows.
The project involved understanding the requirements of multiple user groups such as employees, HR managers, and finance teams, and translating them into intuitive interfaces. I created integral design solutions that streamlined complex processes like leave management, payroll, performance tracking, and employee onboarding into a cohesive digital experience.
The design approach focused on usability, accessibility, and consistency by leveraging a scalable design system, responsive layouts, and clean interaction patterns. Through wireframing, prototyping, and iterative user testing, I ensured the application balanced efficiency for HR teams with simplicity for employees, resulting in an HR platform that enhanced productivity, transparency, and user satisfaction.
